OurBookings is a SaaS platform provided by OurAdmin Limited that allows letting agents to automate responses to property inquiries and manage property viewings.
By registering for an account, you agree to these Terms of Use. You must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You retain full ownership of all applicant data you upload or collect through OurBookings. You are the data controller. We act solely as a data processor under applicable UK and US laws.
You may use the platform solely for your business operations. Misuse, reverse engineering, scraping, reselling, sublicensing, or creating derivative works based on the platform is strictly prohibited.
New accounts may receive a one-month free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Free trials are subject to these same terms.
We will use best efforts to deliver emails and confirmations. However, we are not liable for failures resulting from third-party providers, spam filtering, or incorrect contact details.
We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted service, or lead conversion. The quality and accuracy of property information sent via the platform is your responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OurAdmin Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse. You may cancel anytime via your account settings or written notice.
If a dispute arises between you and OurAdmin Limited, you agree to attempt to resolve it through an independent arbitration body based in England before pursuing court action. This applies to both applicants and letting agencies using the platform.
If your business is located in the UK, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If your business is located in the US, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

OurBookings is a viewing scheduling platform operated by OurAdmin Limited. We help letting agencies manage property viewings by allowing you to book appointments directly through public property pages.
These Terms of Use apply to you as an applicant booking a property viewing using our system. By using our service, you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales or the State of Delaware, depending on your location.
You will never be charged to use OurBookings to book a property viewing. If anyone requests payment to book a viewing, report it to us immediately.
OurBookings provides scheduling software only. We do not control or verify the content, quality, location, rent, or availability of any property listed. We are not responsible if a property is no longer available or if details are incorrect.
You are responsible for checking your spam/junk folder for confirmation and reminder emails. We are not liable if you miss an appointment due to email delivery issues, including misrouted or blocked communications. Schedule changes or cancellations are managed by the letting agency, and we do not accept responsibility for missed updates.
You may access OurBookings only to book legitimate appointments. Misuse, scraping, or disruption of the platform is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or remove your access at any time without notice, particularly in cases of abuse, security concerns, or misuse.
Your personal data is shared with the letting agency you are booking with. They are the data controller. We are the data processor. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We do not guarantee that you will be offered a tenancy or contacted by the agency. We are not liable for missed opportunities due to technical failures, data entry errors, or third-party actions.
